11th Annual Conservation Breakfast
March 22 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 pmFree
Join us for the 11th Annual Conservation Breakfast on Friday, March 22nd.
This yearly event is our community’s largest celebration of local land conservation, bringing together about 400 community members and partners. Conservation Breakfast is the perfect opportunity to learn more about your local land trust, get involved, as well as network and deepen your community connections. We’ll share about recent land conservation successes, challenges, and exciting projects underway.
We are extremely delighted to announce that this year’s keynote speaker is Seattle Times’s Reporter Lynda Mapes. Based on her in-depth coverage, Lynda will share insights into the ebb and flow of Orca recovery in Puget Sound and the impact conservation within our community can have.
We also invite guests to join us in honoring the 2019 Outstanding in the Field Award recipient. This annual recognition shines light on a group/organization or individual who has made (or is making) an impact to improve the quality of life on the North Olympic Peninsula. CLICK HERE to make your recommendation for this year’s award honoree by Feb. 13th. Candidates include: John Gussman of Double Click Productions, the North Olympic Salmon Coalition, and the Streamkeepers of Clallam County.
Breakfast is complimentary with an RSVP. Please RSVP by March 13th on this link.
