||To provide a helping hand where and when it’s needed for citizens of all ages in Clallam and Jefferson counties who need: skills, care, guidance and extra support to succeed at: whatever age, whatever task, with an emphasis on the needs of those with developmental and other disabilities.
||Concerned Citizens is a grass roots organization started by parents searching for services for their children with disabilities in a rural, geographically-challenged corner of the world known as the Pacific Northwest. The agency has grown over forty years to encompass many social service programs that benefit over 1,700 people a year and employ 135 staff who provide care giving, childcare, employment services, and more, to a diverse population from birth to seniors.
